I-95 North (From 圣彼得堡， 弗吉尼亚州）

I-95 South (From 弗雷德里克斯堡， 弗吉尼亚州）
在里士满，从75出口驶入64州际公路和3号大街、体育馆和市中心出口。从3街出口驶出，沿3街行驶至 Broad 街。在 Broad Street 左转。行政办公大楼 (Patrick Henry 大楼) 位于11街和 Governor 街之间，右侧八个街区处。

I-64 East (From 夏洛茨维尔， 弗吉尼亚州）
沿着64 / 95路线前往诺福克/彼得斯堡。到达里士满后，从75出口驶入64州际公路，然后从3街、体育馆和市中心出口驶出。从3街出口驶出，沿3街行驶至 Broad 街。在 Broad Street 左转。行政办公大楼 (Patrick Henry 大楼) 位于11街和 Governor 街之间，右侧八个街区处。

I-64 West (From 威廉斯堡， 弗吉尼亚州）
在里士满，从190出口出去（也称为5街出口）。沿5街行驶至 Broad Street。在 Broad Street 左转。行政办公大楼 (Patrick Henry 大楼) 位于前方右侧六个街区， 11街和 Governor 街之间。

The Secretary of Administration is located in the Patrick Henry Building at 1111 East Broad Street - on the corner of 11th and Broad Streets in downtown Richmond. You will need to bring a valid photo id and proceed to the 3rd floor receptionist.  You will need to enter through the entrance on the south side of the building. Visitors may be able to park free in Capitol Square if spaces are available. If no space is available, commercial lots are located at Eighth and Grace Streets, at Seventh and Franklin, and at Ninth and Marshall Streets.
